| While the box is only marginally bigger than the standard version (25x36 cm / 10x14") and of almost the same design, the content of the Japanese Ultima IX Special Edition is very different - similar to the US Dragon Edition. The two books are bound in a hardcover made of some leather-imitate material, it comes with a cloth map, cards, ankh pendant, a (small) Ascension poster as well as the certificate. Additionally it contains a 'Virtue Rune' (the Codex symbol) as key pendant. |
