| After public pre-alpha and beta tests Origin released the retail version of Ultima Online in September 1997. In its first edition it came in a nice book-like box that had a separate smaller box (that contained the clothmap) attached to its side. Apart from install guide, reference charts and an ad for their website it did not have any sort of printed documentation. |
